Wall Price = Wall Area x Wall Rate
Ceiling Price = Floor/Ceiling Area x Wastage x Ceiling Rate
Flooring Price = Floor Area x Wastage x Flooring Rate
Full Room = Wall + Ceiling + Flooring
Minimum Lump Sum = $2800

Seamora Self Levelling:
Supply & Install = Floor Area x Wastage x $3.50 psf
Minimum Lump Sum = $680
Toilet Floor = Fixed $580

Guidelines:
1. Upload the floorplan image.
2. Check the dimension shown on the floorplan. If it shows 5723mm, enter 5.723 into Known Scale Length.
3. Click 1. Add Scale Line, then draw the same length line on the floorplan.
4. Click 2. Select Area Rectangle, then draw the area you want to calculate.
Note:You need to draw the scale line first before selecting area rectangle, otherwise the area will be inaccurate.
5. Check the selected area and perimeter result.
6. Choose the house type for that floorplan area.
7. Choose product type and work type for that floorplan area.
8. Click 3. Add Selected Area to add it into the quotation table.

Important Notes:
The floorplan selector is for estimate only. If the floorplan already shows exact dimensions, manual input is more accurate.
If you dont have floorplan, you can use Option 2 to add room dimensions manually.

Guidelines:
1. Enter the room name, for example: Kitchen, Master Room, Toilet.
2. Choose the house type: HDB BTO, HDB Resale, Condominium, Landed Property, Commercial, Industrial, Hotel, or Others.
3. Choose the product type: Microcement or Seamora Self Levelling.
4. Choose the work type: Wall, Ceiling, Flooring, Full Room, Supply & Install, or Toilet Floor.
5. Enter W, L, and H in meter.
6. Click Add Room.
